1. Overdraft Financing


Overdraft financing is credit facility allowing the drawing of funds from the current account up to the limit approved.

The extra cash in hand covering operating expenses or accommodate seasonal fluctuations to provides a smooths cash flow covering short term debts and realization of current assets.

The funds drawing use and repayment done directly in the current account making the repaid amount possible to be reused during the entire validity of the facility makes Overdraft a very flexible financing tool.

2. Working Capital Financing


Working capital financing is a short term loan used for financing the customer’s current business activities. 

Working capital financing provides the possibility to up to finance 36 months business operational needs (i.e purchase of stocks /inventory, repayment of suppliers or other payments) without significantly affecting the company's liquidity.  

The repayment schedule adheres to the business cycle being adjused on fixed monthly or quarterly repayments coherent with company estimated cash flow.

3. Construction / Commercial Mortgage Loan


The Construction / Commercial mortgage loan is a long term financing with purpose to purchase / construct / reconstruct commercial premises.

  • Financing up to 120 months
  • Financing up to EUR 1.5 Mio (equivalent in other currencies)
  • Can be allocated in several currencies (ALL / EURO / USD)
  • Financing up to 70% of the investment value

4. Investment Loan Financing


Investment loan provides the necessary financing to support the business development and/or expansion through investment in long term fixed assets such as acquisition of goods and / or real estate, buildings, vehicles, equipment etc. or consolidating financing standing through refinancing other long term investments and / or debts.

Key Features

  • The repayment tenor up to 84months (including a grace period if applicable) provides the necessary cushion and adjustment to the internal cash flow for better management of liquidity.
  • Can be allocated in several currencies (ALL / EURO / USD)
  • Financing up to EUR 1.5 Mio (equivalent in other currencies)
  • Financing up to 80% of the investment value

5. EIF Program


Through the support of the European Union (“EU”) under the Western Balkans Enterprise Development and Innovation Facility (“WB EDIF”) program to enhance the development of the private sector, Raiffeisen Bank (RBAL) and European Investment Fund (“EIF”) have signed a Guarantee Facility to support the Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) in Albania. 

Within the framework of this agreement, borrowers are benefiting from more attractive credit terms than standard conditions of RBAL financing products, whereas:

  1. Interest Rate is reduced by at least 30 bps
  2. Nominal Collateral Value requirements are reduced by at least 20%

The main financing criteria include the following:

Maximum exposure                           - up to EUR 500,000 (or equivalent in ALL)

Currency                                             - ALL / EUR  

Tenor                                                  - from 12 months up to 120 months

Availability period                              - up to 1 May 2019

 

SME’s are encouraged to apply and benefit from these preferential terms which are made possible from the EIF support.
