Innovation and continuous learning is part of our culture. As such, we have adapted a teaching practice focusing specifically on the needs of the Tech profile students. A curriculum tailored to help you, focusing on exactly those topics that are not developed during the school year, and most importantly, learning by practice. You will get a complete picture of what the IT Division in a Bank like Raiffeisen does, and you will be actively involved in projects, merging academic and practical knowledge. 

Students from the third year of the bachelor and / or master program can join the Academy. The program is flexible and allows you to manage classroom training schedules and internships in our IT offices.

Key Academy is conceived as a 2-month program, during which our employees will mentor the students on topics such as design thinking, web development, digital channel development and cloud engineering, information security etc.
