Raiffeisen Bank supports the National English Speaking Competition in Albania

Raiffeisen Bank was the gold sponsor of the National Speaking Competition in Albania organized by English Speaking Union on May 11, 2011. The theme of the competition selected for this year was “Words are not enough”. Every student was presented in this competition with a 5 minute essay prepared by them.  In the finale phase were selected the 10 best students.

From our bank took part in jury Mr. Serge Guay, Head of Distribution Channel Division in Raiffeisen Bank. Ms.Jonida Ndreu from Epoka University was unanimously selected by the jury members as winner. She will present Albania and compete in the Grand Finals which will be organized in London,UK on May 26,2011.

To all the tenth finalists it was given a symbolic gift from Raiffeisen Bank.

The aim of this activity is to intensify the mutual cooperation between the two countries, by giving a precious contribute especially in the project undertaken by the Albanian government to introduce English language as a primary foreign language in the education system.

Raiffeisen Bank always aims to be present in activities that have in focus to help and assist the education system with a positive effect for Albanians.
