Raiffeisen Bank an incident at Rruga Bardhyl Branch

Raiffeisen Bank advices that Rruga Bardhyl branch was robbed today by a disguised and armed person. He entered the branch and threatened the teller and has taken money found in the counter.

Luckily no staff or customers were injured or harmed. The branch is actually closed and the police are in the branch. The police arrived in the branch in around 5 min after the staff had pushed the panic button, but unfortunately the robber had disappeared.

“Our first priority is the safety of our staff and we are pleased that they acted in accordance with our security policy”, said Robert Wright, Head of Retail at Raiffeisen Bank.

The branch of Rruga Bardhyl is equipped with all protection systems, like all the other branches in the country. Raiffeisen Bank takes all the measures for these systems to be functional and operational.
