It works for any smartphone device, Android (version 4.4+) iOS (version 8+).

To activate the mobile application Raiffeisen ON in your mobile, you should have to follow just a few simple steps...

• Enter the webpage https://24.raiffeisen.al and login with the credentials (username & password) that you have created in the online registration.
• In the “Mobile app” menu that is located in the left side of your screen, click the “Activate” button.
• An SMS with a 6-digit activation code will be delivered in your mobile from Raiffeisen Bank.
• Enter the activation code directly in the respective field of your computer screen.
• A QR image will be generated in instance in the screen.
• Open the mobile application that you have downloaded and installed on your mobile phone.
• Below in the “Mobile” menu, click the “Activate mobile” button.
• You should have to answer the question whether you want to allow or not the access of of the camera to the mobile application.
• After the approval of this process, the camera of your mobile will be opened and you will have to turn it in front of the computer screen in order to scan the QR image.
• The scanning of the image will be done successfully and you will be required to create a 4-digits PIN in your mobile.
• Reconfirm once again the PIN for security reasons.
• A message will be displayed in the screen confirming that the mobile application was activated successfully.

CONGRATULATIONS...Now you are ready to explore the most innovative mobile application of the Albanian Banking System.

Note: Through the PIN that you have created,  it will be possible to login in the mobile application, authorize the funds transfers performed from your mobile application or create one-time-passwords (OTPs) to authorize funds transfers performed from your personal computer.
