Registration in the digital platform Raiffeisen ON

In the digital platform Raiffeisen ON, you can be registered online or you can do it in any of Raiffeisen Bank Albania branches.

To register online in the platform, you have to follow just 3 simple steps...

1. Enter the webpage https://24.raiffeisen.al and click “Register” button which is located in the left side of your screen.

• Initially, it will be required to enter your personal details. Start entering your name and then your surname.
• Moreover, it will be required to enter your personal number which is located in the lower part of your identity card.
• Enter your mobile number, but make sure that it is the same number with the one you have declared in your Bank personal details.
• Once you have fulfilled the last field with your email address, click “I agree with Terms and Conditions” of the service, then click the “next” button and you will be already in the subsequent step.

2.In the second step, you should have to answer the question whether you want or not to receive the activation code on your mobile device.

• After the approval of this process, an SMS with a 6-digit activation code (OTP) will be delivered in your mobile from Raiffeisen Bank.
• Enter the activation code directly in the respective field of the screen, and you will find yourself instantly in the last step.

3.The only thing to do in this step is to create the username and the password.

• Reconfirm once again the password for security reasons.
• A message will be displayed in the screen confirming that your account was created successfully.

To register in the platform in one of Raiffeisen Bank branches, just present yourself in the nearest branch and in few minutes you will leave the branch with an active service.
