It’s simple: find the position that fits your profile and follow the steps on our Careers Page. The whole process is fully online and very straightforward. 

All applications are accepted online only, so every candidate is treated equally and all data is properly registered in our system.

Yes, absolutely! As long as the roles match your background and experience, feel free to apply. 

Typically, we ask for your CV and a short motivation letter. Some roles may require additional documents; you’ll find everything clearly listed in the job description. 

Once you apply, our HR team carefully reviews your application. Shortlisted candidates are then contacted for the next step; an interview or a test, depending on the position. 

Usually within 2–3 weeks after applications close. Only candidates selected to continue will be contacted further.

You should be a student currently sudying or recent graduate with an interest in banking, finance, or technology. 

Yes! Our summer program is announced every year, and we’re always excited to welcome new students into our teams. 

It depends on the program. We offer both paid and voluntary internships. You can find all details in the Internships section. 

Of course; final-year students are strongly encouraged to apply for internships or junior positions! 

It varies by role, but generally you’ll need a university degree and good English language skills. 

Not often, but yes; some roles may be part-time depending on the team and needs. 

Not always! We have many roles suitable for beginners or candidates from other fields. Many of our colleagues started as juniors and grew professionally here. 

Yes, English is essential. Other languages are always a plus!

Yes; depending on the position and the stage of the process, interviews can be conducted online or in person. 

A friendly panel that genuinely wants to get to know you! Expect a mix of technical questions, situational questions, and sometimes practical exercises.
