  • Customer Service

    This role is responsible for providing a qualified cash and non-cash service in compliance with the standards set by the Bank, identifying, analyzing, and professionally treating clients' needs to convert them into sales or achieve the objectives set by management. The role, depending on the focus, may or may not perform cash transactions or serve only a specific client segment (e.g., Customer Service oriented to serve business clients).

  • Contact Center

    This position is responsible for fulfilling the service objectives towards the bank's clients, to meet the clients' requests for the services offered by the Contact Center, including Telemarketing, SMS, email, and activities on other channels; following up on questions, requests, online applications, client complaints, delegation, and/or cooperation with other relevant units for each product/service. Runs targeted campaigns to promote the bank's products and services to increase their penetration and use. Contacts new potential clients and presents the bank's image and the services it offers accurately.

  • Early Phone Collector

    The Early Phone Collection Specialist performs daily telephone activities based on the priorities set by the Team Leader in AutoDialer, with high ethics and according to the steps described in the Early Collection Strategy.
