Current Account

A Current Account is an account in which are registered the customers continuous and chronologic banking transactions, The client can do cash deposits , cash withdrawals also cash tranfers from it’s current account at any time. Raiffeisen Bank through this current account offers to SE businesses a safe place for keeping their savings in main currencies such as: LEK, EURO, USD, GBP, CHF.

Savings Deposit

Savings Deposit is an account in which are deposited the customer’s funds with the benefit of being accessible at any time respecting the established minimum amount. Savings Deposits are subject to interest.

Secure

The Deposit in Raiffeisen Bank is insured for the amount up to 2.500.000,00 (two million and five thousand) Lek by the Deposits Insurance Agency - www.asd.gov.al, according to provisions of Law no. 53/2014, date 22.05.2014 "On the Deposits' Insurance" as amended.

Escrow Account

A safe account, in borrowers name, for paying obligations through cash deposit on C/A (neutral third parties –escrow agents) where money will be paid after fulfillment of condition, as defined on the agreement.

International Money Transfer

Being a member of SWIFT network allows Raiffeisen Bank to execute international money transfers in such a fast manner that the funds reach the beneficiary within maximum of three business days regardless of from or to which country the funds are being sent. Our SWIFT code is SGSBALTX.

a) Sending International Money Transfer

You can send international money transfer from any of our branch or agency.

If you would like to send International Money Transfer, bring the following information when you visit us:

  • Full name and address of the beneficiary
  • Name and SWIFT code of beneficiary’s bank
  • Account number of the beneficiary with beneficiary’s bank (IBAN if applicable)Purpose of payment

 

b) Receiving International Money Transfer

  • You can also receive international money transfer at any of our branch or agency.Please provide following information to a company or a person that would like to send you International Money Transfer:
  • Beneficiary’s Bank: Raiffeisen Bank (Albania, Tirana, SWIFT code: SGSBALTX.
  • Beneficiary’s account: Number of your account with RBAL
  • Beneficiary’s name: Your name or name of your company as it is registered with RBAL

 

Domestic Money Transfer

We are connected to the Central Bank of Albania. This enables us to execute domestic, transfers which are transfers to and from a beneficiary that maintains an account with a bank in Albania.For more information please contact a Customer Relationships Officer at the Branch nearest to you.
