Aditi Subbarao is a financial services and data innovation leader at Snowflake, where she works with global banks and fintechs on data, AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation. With deep expertise across banking, FX, and payments, she bridges technology and real business impact. A TEDx and keynote speaker, Aditi is known for making complex ideas practical, inspiring, and action-driven.

Renato Rocha Souza

Renato Rocha Souza is the Director of the AI Center of Excellence at Raiffeisen Bank International, where he leads advanced AI, machine learning, NLP, and data innovation across finance and banking. A seasoned researcher and professor with a PhD in Information Science and extensive academic experience in Europe and Brazil, Renato bridges rigorous AI research with real-world business impact. He also heads the bank’s Data Science Academy and is a respected voice on responsible, practical AI adoption and transformation.

Klaus Coka

Klaus Coka is a software and AI engineer with 9 years of experience across software development, machine learning, automation, and platform engineering. A builder at heart, he focuses on turning ideas into scalable, impactful solutions. Klaus currently leads AI Platforms at Raiffeisen Bank Albania and has been recognized through multiple international hackathons, bootcamps, and AI battle-royale competitions.
