Supplier Code of Conduct

Based on RBI’s core values concerning business ethics and social and environmental commitments, RBI requires its Suppliers to act in accordance with the Principles set out below (as defined below), which shall apply to every contract concluded between them (the “Contract”).
This Supplier Code (“SC”) applies to all RBI Suppliers providing goods, services, or licences to or on behalf of any of RBI’s business units and subsidiaries. The Supplier shall make every effort to implement these Principles throughout its supply chain.
This SC is not intended to replace the laws and regulations in force in any country in which RBI operates. The Code requires compliance with these laws and regulations and ensures that they are implemented faithfully and effectively.
The Supplier shall interact with the RBI Group and its representatives with honesty, transparency, and mutual respect.
