Here are some ways you can share your voice and feedback:

We apologize if you have experienced any issues with our product or service and we appreciate your feedback. Our bank strives to provide the highest level ofcustomer  satisfaction and we take all complaints seriously.

Please use the form to provide us with details about your complaint. Our team will confirm receipt of your complaint, will make every effort to resolve your issue, and will notify you as soon as possible. If your issue is not resolved within 30 days, you will receive a notification from the bank referring to the new resolution deadline.

The treatment process:

Complaint registration → Verification and analysis → Resolution and response to the client

Escalation of the complaint:

Our goal is toprovide a fair and transparent resolution for every client.

However, if you are not satisfied with the response received, you may request a review of the complaint or escalate it to the relevant bodies for independent examination, depending on the content of the complaint such as Raiffeisen Bank International, Competition Authority, Bank of Albania, Commissioner for Protection against Discrimination, Court of First Instance of general jurisdiction etc.

We conduct surveys continuously to gather insights into what our customers think about our products and services, so that we can consistently improve our products and services. Surveys might be sent to you via email or you can be contacted from our Contact Center agents.
