Questions about the campaign
In this section, you will find the most frequently asked questions about the campaign valid until March 31, 2026.
The campaign is available to all new clients (personal, small-micro enterprises) who open a new account within the campaign period, from 01 January to 31 March 2026.
To receive the bonus, you need to make at least 5 card payments within the same month, every month, during the first 3 months from the moment that you became a client for the first time, using your Raiffeisen card.
Both in-store (POS) and online card payments are counted toward the required number of transactions.
The bonus is credited within two weeks after the end of each month directly to your account.
If you don’t meet the condition in a specific month, you won’t receive the bonus for that month, but you can still qualify in the following months.
You can join the campaign by opening an account until 31 March 2026, and the bonus applies during the first three months after account opening.
