This package offers a range of benefits to both salary and non-salary customers, including preferential terms for current accounts and debit cards in LEK currency, as well as money transfers through the RON digital platform. Please bring your ID to one of our branch locations to apply!

Raiffeisen Partner package is a tailored banking solution designed for technology enthusiasts seeking innovative and convenient ways of banking, while being rewarded!  This package offers a range of benefits including preferential terms for current accounts and debit cards in ALL and EUR currencies. Simply present your ID to apply at our branches!

The Raiffeisen Elite package is dedicated to all customers with a wide usage of banking products, offering preferential terms for current accounts in all currencies, debit cards (including gold), and money transfers. To apply for this package, interested customers may visit any of our branches and present their ID. 

Raiffeisen Relax is a package tailored to the needs of pensioners. Apply at our branches with a valid ID and pension certificate!

The terms that apply to your account or package are determined by the segment/package that you have chosen.

In the contract of the current account that you receive from the Bank, you can verify the category of your segment and see in the annex of the contract the tariffs of products and services according to the package.

For those of you who primarily perform transactions in the currency LEK, we offer the Raiffeisen Classic package which includes one or more current accounts in LEK, a debit card in LEK, and free RON digital platform.

For all innovation enthusiasts who are looking for new and convenient banking ways, the Raiffeisen Partner package offers an excellent combination of products and services. You can benefit from high limits for your debit card as well as rewards for making at least one transaction on a POS and one transaction on RON (between accounts/other accounts).

The Raiffeisen Elite package is tailored for customers who need accounts in all currencies, debit cards in both ALL and EUR, reduced transfer fees and more.

You can go to the bank's branches to close or change your package. The bank can automatically change your package only in the following cases:

  • If the Classic, Partner or Elite packages expire their 3-year maturity period and you do not visit a branch or alternative channels to choose a package
  • If you do not own any products in the Bank and do not perform any transactions in your account in the last 6 months
