Safest way for recieving your PIN
At Raiffeisen Bank we appreciate your time, and we are constantly working to ease your banking experience.
We present to you our latest innovation, PIN by SMS.
For security, time and convenience reasons, Raiffeisen Bank will not print your card’s PIN. The PIN will be delivered to you by SMS.
- Applying from the branch
- Applying from Digital Channels
After the application, bank will supply you with an 8-digit code into the card contract. Therefore, we invite you to carefully read the contract to know your code.
Following, through mobile phone will be sent a SMS from “RAIPIN” with a second code. The cardholder must send the second code received by SMS, together with the 8-digit code previously provided by the bank in the contract, without space, at the phone number indicated in that SMS.
If the values are correct, you will receive by SMS the PIN of the card. The Bank will notify you as soon as your card is ready.
You have 1 attempt to send the right combination within 7 days, otherwise the bank will print your PIN. The printed PIN can be withdrawn in the chosen branch during application.
*Make sure you have updated your data and phone number in the bank. You may receive the PIN of your card through SMS, only through the phone number registered in Raiffeisen Bank.
In case you apply from the Digital Channels: If you apply for a card through www.raiffeisen.al at the end of the application process, you will receive through SMS an 8-digit code (code 1).
After 24 – 72 hours you will receive through mobile phone SMS from “RAIPIN” with a second code. The cardholder must send the second code (code2) received by SMS, together with the 8-digit code previously provided by the bank (code1), without space, at the phone number indicated in that SMS (RAIPIN).
If the values are correct, you will receive over SMS the PIN of the card. The Bank will notify you as soon as your card is ready.
