The total amount payable for the loan of 500,000 Lek is 661,919.28 for clients receiving their salary at Raiffeisen Bank and 724,001.35 Lek for clients who do not receive their salary at Raiffeisen. This total amount may vary depending on changes in the 12-month Treasury Bond Interest.

Borrowing in a currency different from the one in which your income is generated carries significant risks. For example, if your income is in Lek and you take a loan in Euros, an increase in the Euro exchange rate would cause difficulties in your ability to repay the loan, as the installment value would increase. These difficulties could lead to failure to repay the loan and deterioration of the status to "problematic," up to the initiation of compulsory execution procedures by the bank.
